Get It Done brings digital services and creative products into one simple marketplace. Find what you need, add your references, and let the right creator take it from brief to finished file.
Get It Done exists for the space between doing everything yourself and hiring a large agency. Shop a ready-made digital product, edit it quickly, or ask a creative professional to make something personalized for you.
Get It Done works three ways. Buy a finished template or asset, edit it in the browser, or ask a creator to make something personalized. Add references, choose your direction, review the work, and receive finished files in your account and by email.
Buyers can be founders, small businesses, creators, students, teams, agencies, event organizers, and anyone who needs useful digital work without a long agency process. Browse without signing in, compare services and creator work, add ready-made products or bespoke services to your cart, and pay through the available checkout option.
After creating an account, buyers can save references, track every order, message the admin about a project, review delivered files, request included revisions, download completed work, and receive transactional updates by email.
Use the marketplace for ready-made digital products, or start a personalized brief for work such as:
Every service should clearly state what is included, the expected turnaround, the files you receive, and whether it is ready-made, editable, or created from your brief.
Buyers join to shop, edit, commission, and manage their digital work. Creators join to publish original templates, assets, services, and digital products, then manage listings, orders, files, buyer communication, and earnings from Creator Studio.
Creators must upload work they own or are authorized to sell, provide accurate descriptions and previews, set realistic delivery expectations, and follow the creator terms. Creator listings are reviewed before they appear publicly. Get It Done handles the buyer payment, and eligible creators receive the agreed share after the order is completed and approved.
Choose a service, describe the goal, select a style or direction, and attach references. The more useful context you provide, the more accurately the creator can work.
The admin or assigned creator reviews the brief, confirms the scope, and moves the order through payment confirmed, in progress, review, revision, and completed.
Standard bespoke work includes two revision rounds. You can say yes, request a change, or message the project team. Any third revision or new scope is quoted before it starts.
Completed files are uploaded to the order and made available in your account, with an email update when the work is ready. Keep your files, messages, and order history together for future reference.
The Sell tab is open to anyone with something worth listing: a template pack, an icon set, stock photography, or a bundle of AI-generated assets. Set your title, category, price and a preview image, and it's live in the marketplace immediately, ready for buyers to purchase or customize.
The in-browser editor covers the core of what you'd expect from a design tool: text and headings, shapes, your own uploaded images, a stock-photo search panel, color and font controls, layering, undo/redo, zoom, and a one-click PNG export. It's built for quick, practical edits - not for replacing a full design suite, but for getting a template from "close enough" to "exactly right" without leaving the page.
Your finished creative is delivered within the day for a typical graphic, logo concept, or short deck. More involved briefs (full brand kits, multi-page decks) take a note in the confirmation email with a realistic estimate.
Yes. Opening a marketplace listing in the editor doesn't charge you - you only pay when you add the finished result to your cart and check out.
Image search is intended for finding visual references while editing. Creators and buyers are responsible for using images they own, have licensed, or are otherwise permitted to use in the final work.
Marketplace purchases and anything you've built in the editor download right away. Bespoke requests are delivered to the email (or contact) you provide within the day.

By using Get It Done, you agree to provide accurate information, use the marketplace lawfully, and keep your account secure. Buyers are responsible for reviewing briefs, references, prices, and delivery requirements before payment.
Payment creates an order request. Work begins after payment is confirmed. Typical creative requests are delivered within one day; app, automation, backend, and other testing-heavy work may take longer as shown on the service page.
Creators must own or have permission to upload their work. Get It Done may review, pause, or remove listings that are misleading, infringing, unsafe, or incomplete.
We collect the information needed to create accounts, process orders, communicate about projects, and deliver files, including name, email, order details, references, payment references, and project messages.
We use this information to authenticate you, operate the marketplace, confirm payments, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not sell account information.
Account and order records are stored with our service providers. You may request account or data assistance through the contact email in your receipt.
For digital downloads, request help before downloading where possible. For bespoke work, contact us promptly if the brief has not started. Once work has started or files have been delivered, refunds are reviewed case by case.
If a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from the approved brief, or a payment was duplicated, contact support with your order number. We may repair, replace, or refund the affected order after review.
For UPI or bank transfer, keep your UTR and receipt until the order is confirmed. Submitting a reference does not itself confirm payment.
